How to avoid loneliness

Keep  yourself active..
Do exercise everyday in the morning..
Fresh up yourself and have a healthy drink in the morning..
Listen to music/Do gardening work/keep the house clean
Take good nature stills around you if you have camera with you ..
Read newspaper and browse internet regularly and update your knowledge now and then..
Watch useful programs in television. 
Have healthy and adequate calorie food.
Very important thing is whatever you do,do it with full love,with full interest,with full concentration don't get diverted towards negative thoughts, you just don't bother about the matter which disturbs you instead you concentrate on your work what you do...
Each and every habit get well practice to you in 21 days as Robin sharma said in his book "Who will cry when you die"
Talk to your family members,share your feelings,share what you did from morning and how you felt..
Always have a attitude of making others happy..At-least you must make single person happy..
Have an attitude like people around you must feel happy because of you but no one should get hurt because of you..
If you follow this ultimately you will forget your worries and get mingled with all ..
And you have satisfaction in your life which gives you positive thoughts,courage,happiness,peace of mind,Blessings of God...
