Importance of Laughing

  • Laughter helps us to be relaxed and makes others to feel happy by seeing us. Up to me - Man who make others happy and keep himself happy and relaxed with good health is the blessed man in this world .
  • If we laugh from our heart even for silly things, others will love to be like us .. Because you are making them to forget their worries,they will feel relaxed.Laugh from lips, its not good for ones health..
  • Whether you are at work,at home or at play make sure to bring laughter into every possible moment. Play jokes,laugh at yourselves and each other,be silly,Play,Watch funny movies,read funny things and most important is spend time with people you love and care about and have fun together.
  • Life is not meant to be all hard work and no play, it is supposed to be fun. Plenty of laughter produces 'Laugh lines' which will give a peaceful and kind look but if you see the person who is always tensed and angry their face will have aged appearance . 
Laughter costs nothing so laugh whenever you get chance :)

  2. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
  3. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
  4. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.
